Mathew Bird shows the methods and products used to varnish watercolor paintings. Eliminating the need for glass or plexiglass.
Does the glare from the glass interfere with your viewing pleasure of a watercolor painting? Here's a simple solution. I have a full sheet that I waxed a couple of years ago and I notice no change in the colors.
How to capture pictures from the internet
Google Hibiscus watercolor paintings
are whatever you are looking for
Click on the one you want
It will come up in the side bar…right click it
Choose “save image as” Give it a name and save it in a folder so you can find it again
Make sure it is a JPEG file
Go to downloads and open file then choose “open with”
Choose “Paint”
When the image comes up in paint choose “file” then “print” then “print preview” then “page set up”
Here you can change the orientation. You can also resize the image.
I you choose a size larger than your printer paper it will print on multiple pages that you will have to piece together.
