Line and Wash Watercolor Painting with Nancy Mich
This is a technique that combines line drawing with a watercolor painting and is fun for all artist – beginner to expert. A lot of the painting is established by the line drawing with a wash of color. You can paint this image of a water, lily or bring your own design.

Paint this “Beach Dune Scene” Beginning & Intermediated Acrylic with Nancy Mich
Come join Nancy for this acrylic class titled “ Beach Dune.” This class is open to beginner and intermediate students.

The porch at the fairways clubhouse will be open from 10am - 2pm. Resident artists will be in attendance to assist you with your project. Take this time to enjoy the company of fellow artists and finish something you started in a class.
Monthly meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month at the fairways clubhouse at 1 PM

You MUST be a member of the SCFAL to take any of these classes.
Some supplies are available for people interested in taking a class for the first time. Please check with the Class Instructor or Mary Beth Maher for further information.
There will be no refunds except under the following conditions: Member has a stay in the hospital; a death in the immediate family, or an emergency that requires travel. Otherwise the member is responsible for getting someone to take their place.
Snow Birds may register and pay for classes using the email provided on each class. (Payment check will be mailed)
Please Note: You are not enrolled in a class or workshop until you have paid.
The following checklist will help you to plan your exhibit for a smooth set-up and
tear-down. There will be table assignments when you arrive to set up.
1. Table setup time will be from 10am - 12pm. (Show time 1-4pm)
2. When you arrive at the Cove Grand stop inside the Main Door and you will be given a
table assignment. After you have received your table assignment you may bring your
work through any door.
3. Each table is 60’ round and will have 3 chairs. Some people have requested two tables.
( A 3 table maximum this year will be allowed if the floor space is available)
You may also provide your own floor or table top easels, etc. to enhance your display.
4. You must provide any table coverings that you will require. If you choose to place a
chair on top of your table please provide padding (towels, mattress pad, etc.) under your
chair so it does not damage the table. Remember we will be responsible for any damage
to these tables!
5. Your display will be confined to your specific area to allow for an easy flow of traffic.
6. It is suggested that you keep your own list of paintings, etc. and prices so that you will
know what you brought, sold and are taking home.
7. Each table must be attended at all times.
8. You should plan to have enough cash ( in small bills if necessary) to accommodate any
sales.
9. Please be responsible for your own tear-down and clean up.
10. Sign up for tables will be available until Friday Feb 23rd.
